More on V-Day.

Last year I posted a bunch about The Vagina Monologues.  I had the opportunity to see them at the local college with some friends and it was very much worth the money and the time.

This year I have the privilege of performing in the ...Monologues at the local community college produced by a new local theatre.  It is definitely the hardest piece I have attempted.

I'm a little nervous because the director says she trusts me enough to not attend one of the rehearsals (there are only two, it's being performed as a staged reading).  I'm a little nervous in general.  The ...Monologues and V-Day mean so much to so many people - men and women - across the globe.  It's a big deal to be in them.

So the 25th and 26th of this month, I'll be on stage performing not just any monologue, but what is considered the most controversial of the monologues on the local stage.  Here's hoping I can do it justice.
